How To Save Money On Textbooks

The key to success is a good education, but education comes at a price and in this economy many wonder if it's really worth it.  Some statistics that I found lead me to believe that the answer is a resounding yes.

It is said that college graduates on average earn fifty percent more than high school graduates and this is in spite of the current economic situation.  Of course the job market is far from bountiful, but those with degrees are more likely to find jobs.  With that said I'm sure you will all agree that a good education is priceless regardless of monetary success.

Sadly student loans take years to pay off and a student has far more to worry about financially than the cost of tuition.  It's not unheard of for a student to spend a thousand dollars on college textbooks per semester, ouch.

Many students find books second hand online for a savings, but all too often the condition of the book is compromised.  I personally like the idea of renting books.  CampusBookRentals.com pioneered book rentals, their prices are fantastic and they offer a thirty day money back guarantee.

Other bonuses include:

Free shipping both ways
Live customer support
Largest selection of textbooks in the nation
Most flexible rental periods

The process is easy and convenient. The books come to your house with a pre-paid envelope that you just pop in the mail when you are completed with the book.  No need to worry about late fees because CampusBookRentals are extremely flexible and allow you the option of extending your take-out time.

In the end you could  save up to 90 percent on textbooks, I think that is fantastic.  When you're a student your budget tends to be scanty and any help you can get is certainly noteworthy.

With that said textbook rentals are not limited to college students, while I was exploring their site I found a few books that caught my eye.  I'm sure those that home school their children will also find this site to be ideal.

CampusBookRentals have teamed up with Operation Smile which is an amazing organization that helps provide surgeries for children with cleft lips.  CampusBooksRentals have donated enough money to make it possible for at least one thousand children to have this life changing surgery since teaming with them in 2011.

  5. The large selection of books available. They have to have all of these in order to stay viable, but they have to find them used to buy to make it profitable. Very ingenious idea.
