A good sunscreen should protect your skin from both UV and UVB rays, since both are harmful and are responsible for both skin cancers and pre-mature aging. I take sun damage very seriously. The sun feels hotter than when I was a child. I played outside all day. Now, after an hour or two if outside between 10 and 2pm, I can actually feel the burn from the rays.
I do take the sun seriously, I do not want skin cancer or any other problems due to sun exposure. I like that these products protect from UV and UVB rays.

I take sun protection very seriously and have been for many years. I wish I listened to my mom when I was younger though. I use sunscreen everyday with at least an SPF 15 and usually try to wear a hat. Especially after I suffered a severe case of sunstroke once. I never felt so awful & I got so sick.
