Not that long ago I reviewed a product called YogaToes. They're a device for the feet that have proven to be effective at alleviating a host of foot problems. The makers of YogaToes have come out with a relatively new product called YogaHands. This uses the same yoga-stretching technique to relax, strengthen and relieve hand pain.
I'm a huge advocate of natural healing and YogaHands is a natural way to relieve carpal tunnel and arthritis as well as hand cramps and fatigue.
I was sent a pair for review. Now I have to say I was far more impressed with the presentation and quality of the YogaToes. With that said, the construction of YogaHands is designed to give the wearer the ability to adjust comfort level. I don't know if you can see from the image, but the foam wedges in the center are completely adjustable so that one size fits all.
When using YogaHands it is strongly advised to listen to your body, position YogaHands so that the stretch is comfortable.
I felt a difference after the first use, but results are cumulative. I have decided to give these to my mom because she has arthritic hands. Along with the YogaHands I received Celery Stick Oil.

Celery Stick Oil |
The Celery Stick is wonderful! Contains celery seed oil and arnica oil, both are effective with inflammation and alleviating pain from arthritis, bruises and sprains.
The price? hmm
A pair of YogaHands retails for $39.95, I feel that's steep for four pieces of plastic and six pieces of foam. Remember though, the patent on YogaHands is still pending. The good news, Yogapro offers gift and combo sets. At the moment for $49.95 you can purchase both YogaToes and YogaHands at Yogapro. Now that's a good value. I feel any natural remedy is surely worth the investment.

I like the Yoga Toes, too! (Of course!) Another thing that's pretty awesome is the deluxe massager that goes with it.
I would love to try both the Yoga toes and the Yogahands, along with the celery/arnica oil. I have several types of arthritis and my hands and feet are the worst affected, this sounds promising for pain relief.
