Breakfast with Van's Natural Foods

I love mornings, but I hate mornings.  Let me explain, I think the morning is the most beautiful time of day, but sadly I'm not a morning person.  I'm tired, groggy and I just feel miserable. I found what helps me get my day going is having a nice, delicious breakfast waiting for me.  Something that taste so good it will motivate me to get out of bed.

For me Van's Natural Foods vegan waffles have successfully managed to make me happy in the mornings as well as help me to get my day started.  I can assure you that is no easy task, but what can I say the way to my heart is through my stomach.

 Van's Natural Foods carries nine flavors of waffles including Wheat/Gluten Free Cinnamon French Toast sticks, Wheat/Gluten Free Minis waffles.  I love the Organic Waffles in blueberry and Flax.  What is not to love, they are vegan, diet-friendly and they certainly don't taste like your average frozen, grocery store waffles.

Van's has been in the waffle business for almost fifty years and they endeavor to bring their consumers a high quality product.  Thus, Van's Foods are minimally processed and contain fresh ingredients. For those of you that aren't vegans you will find a rather copious variety of delicious muffins, french toast and hot cakes.  I would love to see these available for vegans.

Here is the nutritional information for the waffles.   If you are on weight watchers you will appreciate that these are only three weight watchers points. I like my waffles with coconut cream, it is like eating dessert for breakfast and with five grams of protein. Not too shabby!

For those of you calorie-watchers I'm sure you will appreciate that Van's also carries light waffles that are two points for two waffles, and only two grams of fat.
