Living Green is Good For Your Health
We know living green is good for the environment, but often times we over-look the other, yet obvious benefit. One big way this lifestyle benefits us is by helping us avoid products that threaten our health. Commercial cleaning products contain toxic ingredients that can cause all kinds of health problems including cancer. Even if you read labels, many harmful ingredients don't require label disclosure. Yet, don't kid yourself into thinking there are no risks.
What is holding you back from ditching commercial laundry detergents?

After discovering Green Virgin Products I couldn't help but be curious in regard to their other products made with the soap nuts so I've tried the Soap Nuts Bar made with moringa and peppermint and it's quite lovely. living green to me are many small steps for the big picture. i recycle as much as possible, i don't own a car, and i don't litter.

I like that as it's a natural product it does not harm the environment. Love being green but it's not that easy. I hope more people are willing to do an effort to keep our planet as clean as possible.
I love products and companies that support the movement for keeping and preserving our planet. I have been interested in recycling and reusing from such a young age and I will do anything to educate and promote that mind set to as many people as possible!

I'd like to live more green anyway. Even though I'm more "conservative", as a Christian I believe it's my mandate to steward the earth, not just use it as I see fit. I believe in doing what we can within reason to do better for the planet. It's a heritage for us to pass on to our descendants! What a good gift!

I try really hard to "live green". I feel it's so important that we all do our best to take care of this earth. Small things do make a difference if enough of us to them.
I hang my laundry on my new clothesline, installed a low flow shower head, grow an organic garden, & the biggie: last year I traded in my gas guzzeler for a tiny, jeep type, 4 cylinder. I would love to go solar, & hope it becomes more affordable in the future. I read recently that the ozone layer is beginning to recover so the "green movement" is working!!!

I always felt living green was hard and things would not be as sanitary because you weren't using harsh chemicals. Now with asthma and out of control environmental and chemical allergies and sensitivities I run towards the green isle. Not everything I have tried has been spot on but it's trial and error. I am loving to having to wear a mask to clean my house.
I like that the products are green. One of my favorite ingredients is coconut oil. We use it for so many things and would be excited to try these products.

Living green is all about making small choices... it's so easy just to use mass-marketed stuff, but making the effort is worth it, for the planet and for ourselves.
I love that I switched to organic. I feel that I am providing so much more of a better life for my children and teaching them about how to respect their body and the world around them.
