Both of these things are good. CampusBookRentals helps people who may not be able to afford textbooks, which are SO expensive in college! Operation Smile helps people look good, in particular when they can't afford surgery on their own (or their family can not). It's important because whether we like it or not, people DO judge by appearance, so getting the cleft lip surgery is worth so much social capital down the road.
