Diet Fuel; A Little Help Getting Back In Shape

Ah, it's that time of year again, the time of year when many are thinking about getting back in shape after the winter splurge.   Those dark days of winter when the sun is at its lowest setting spell trouble for me, especially due to the fact that I suffer with Winter-onset depression.  This means low energy and the consumption of more calories.

Last month I started off on a good foot.  My success was mainly due to a supplement by Twinlab called Diet Fuel Forskohlii.    I had some major trepidations about taking Diet Fuel because after years of experimentation I have found that all these types of products cause me a great deal of anxiety.  This includes natural products.  Many herbs used in natural diet supplements are as bad as synthetic drugs when it comes to unsavory side effects.

Diet Fuel Forskohlii by Twinlabs  proved to be quite the wonder pill that left me without any nasty side effects.

First lets focus on the key ingredient in Diet Fuel; Forskohlii

Forskohlii is derived from the Indian Coleus plant

Forskohlii or Forskolin is a natural resource indigenous to Asia and used for several thousands years in Ayurvedic medicine.

"Forskolin is a miracle flower to fight fat"-Dr. Oz

One of the newer discoveries is that of aiding in weight loss.   It is said to increase metabolism.  Dr. Oz dubbed Forskolin as lightning in a bottle.

How much is needed to experience these benefits?

Twinlab Diet Fuel with Forskolin provides both quality and quantity. The amount used is ten percent pure product, this is the same amount used in clinical studies.  An important factor because if the quality of product isn't there, then the quantity is moot.

Other good stuff

The other ingredients in Diet Fuel are all good stuff that includes chromium polynicotinate; proven to support carbohydrate metabolism, and green tea extract which is scientifically proven to increase metabolism.

Other ingredients include medium chain triglycerides which have numerous health benefits that include increasing energy and reducing appetite.   The capsules are gelatin, so I doubt these are vegan, so far the only downfall for me since I do try to practice a vegan diet most of the time.

No jittery side effects:  These do contain caffeine.  I believe one capsule equals one cup of coffee.  With that said, surprisingly even if I take two capsules a day I still drink coffee and I'm not finding that I'm hyper or jittery.

My experience:

The main thing I noticed is that it really curtailed my appetite.  I started off taking one supplement at around the middle of the day.  I was able to easily manage with just protein shakes during the day and then consume a full meal at night.  I also started working out.  I saw results quickly.  Then unfortunately I got sick and stopped working out and taking the Diet Fuel.   I basically fell backwards as they say.  Now I need to get back on track with the help of Diet Fuel once again.

Diet Fuel reduced my appetite so that I was able to stick to a healthy diet plan

It's nice to know that I have something effective that will help with my weight loss endeavors.  This is something I struggle with and just can't do on my own.  Diet Fuel is a weight loss supplement that I feel comfortable in recommending.  It's also reasonably priced at twenty five dollars for a months supply. I've spent three times that on other products that didn't deliver results, but rather left me feeling anxious.

Care is needed when taking any supplement, so you may want to visit Twinlab website for more info.   Find best price on Diet Fuel
