The owner of this establishment is a raw foodie. I respect his knowledge and appreciate the import of incorporating live foods in one's diet, but I would not make the transition to a raw foods only diet. I prefer my rice noodles cooked thank you.
It has been a while, but occasionally I use to treat myself to their prepared raw concoctions. However, due to being on a very tight budget it has been quite some time since I have enjoyed their healthy yummy raw treats. I recently had the opportunity to sample Superfood Snacks and it brought me back to my visits to my favorite raw foods cafe.

Just about all the ingredients are considered to be powerful antioxidants. They are not fattening or caloric and are actually very filling. I reviewed the Brazilian Chocolate Ecstasy and the Chocolate Cherry Qi. They are both very good in their own way and man do they bring me back to the good ole days. At 8.99 a bag they are cheaper than what I have paid in the past for comparable snacks. These healthy chocolate treats come in handy and really hit the spot.
