Stay Warm & Fashionable This Winter

I have a love hate relationship with hats. I love hats but finding one that doesn't drown my small head is time consuming.  That doesn't stop me from spending a great deal of time in the hat section at my local department store trying on every last hat in an attempt to find one that suits me perfectly.  Many times I do find the right hat, but it usually is more money than what I'm willing to spend.
