Ernie's Salsas; Introducing Ernie's Epic Foods

I find that I discover more products online than anywhere else. This may have something to do with the fact that I absolutely hate shopping, so I tend to be very myopic during the process. I am apparently missing out on quite a few noteworthy products while I'm shopping, however,  the Internet has been extremely instrumental in introducing me to products I would of otherwise missed.

One of my online discoveries comes from Ernie's Epic Foods. Ernie makes Salsa with the perfect blend of "sweet and heat".  I never realized that Ernie's Salsas are sold at my local Whole Foods.

My verdict on these Salsas? 25 years of creating the perfect blend that would result in Perfect Peach and Gourmet Red certainly paid off in the end.

Ernie balances savory with sweet and then adds a kick. I like my food to pack heat, serious heat, thus this salsa is right up my alley. Yet, the perfect balance in flavors give this salsa an eat-out-of-jar quality, so you won't be overwhelmed by the heat.

It's fantastic as a low fat alternative to salad dressing.  I can also eat these right out of the jar. I normally hate fruit so kudos to Ernie for making fruit palatable.   For more information as well as recipes visit Ernie's Epic Foods.

I have been interested in trying A fruit based salsa but was worried it would taste.. fruity? I like spicy stuff and can tolerate the really hot stuff but sometimes I would like to change it up and have something that tastes different, but still have a little spice

Great to hear I can find this at Whole Foods - We are Salsa Addicts in my house so this would be the PERFECT treat! Thanks for the review!
