Weight Watchers

A few years back I joined  Weight Watchers to lose ten pounds.  Not only did I accomplish what I set out to do I learned a great deal about nutrition.   One thing I really appreciate about Weight Watchers; as opposed to other diet programs, is that they teach you how to make smart choices using your own resources.
